Animal Flow is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground based movement with elements from various bodyweight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement. Animal flow will improve your mobility, strength, endurance and power, balance and coordination
4 Week Session (May 7th- 23rd)
High Intensity Interval Training - Changing levels of intensity throughout the workout with repeated short bursts of higher intensity exercise options.
Tabata is 8 consecutive 20sec. rounds with 10sec. rest to complete a 4 min training circuit. HIIT Intervals will vary in length from 15-90sec. with appropriate rest between sets. What to expect: Bodyweight, Cardio Drills, Band Work and Step Integrations to maximize heart and muscle fatigue.

3 week Session (May 2nd, 9th & 23rd)

Complete Mobility Class combining Role Model Method (Yoga Tune Up Balls - rolling techniques)
Lifestretch, Fascial Line Stretching, strength end range of motion, CAR's (controlled articular rotations) for joint health and function. Back/spine health, core work and balance. You will need a yoga mat, water bottle, clean shoes and a towel. If you have your own Foam Roller and set of Yoga Tune Up Balls please be sure to bring. There will be extra on set to borrow or purchase if needed.
