Frederick Stretch Therapy also known as Fascial Stretch Therapy is one of the quickest, most effective and pain free methods to eliminate pain, restore function and feel bettering in activities of life, fitness and sport. It is a system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in. achieving optimal flexibility, strength and performance. Guaranteed to have you walk out feeling  better than you did walking in. 



What is Fascia?

Fascia is the connective tissue system of the body that penetrates through and wraps around the muscles, nerves, organs and just about everything else in your body.

What should I expect in an FST Session?

The FST session is a relaxing table-based stretch session, where the therapist does the majority of the work, while you relax and enjoy the stretch.

 Some PNF stretches will require your involvement to provide light resistance in order to break through sticking points and increase the effectiveness.

What should I wear for an FST Session?

Please wear comfortable layered clothing- exercise, yoga, or athletic wear. No jeans, skirts, dresses, or short-shorts. A long sleeve top, sweater or light jacket,  is recommended as the temperatures fluctuate in the training studio. Shoes are not allowed on the table, but you may wear socks.
