The FST session is a relaxing table -based stretch session, where the therapist does the majority of the work, while you relax and enjoy the stretch.
Some PNF stretches will require your involvement to provide light resistance in order to break through sticking points and increase the effectiveness.
Please wear comfortable layered clothing- exercise, yoga, or athletic wear. no jeans, skirts, dresses, or short-shorts. A long sleeve top, sweater or light jacket, is recommended as the temperatures fluctuate in the training studio. Shoes are not allowed on the table, but you may wear socks.
